3、 Pre work configuration
SV-7042TP, as a SIP audio terminal, should be configured with network and system parameters after installation and power on.
Network settings include configuration of IP address, subnet mask, gateway address, SIP server, SIP username and password. These settings are related to the network on which the device is located. Please consult your network administrator.
System parameters include device name, password setting, grouping, and other information. The device name is the name of the network audio terminal on the network, usually assigned a meaningful code, and the names of each terminal should not be repeated to facilitate search and management. Password is the password used to set terminal parameters. The factory set password is empty. After setting the password, all parameter operations over the network require password authentication. The grouping information includes which group the network audio terminal belongs to. According to the needs, configure the server IP address and server port. SV-7042TP will periodically report its operating status to the server, and the server can use this feature to monitor the working status of SV-7042TP.
In order to facilitate users’ configuration of SV-7042TP, we provide a software NAManager for configuring SV-7042TP parameters through the network. The software runs on the Windows system and is easy to operate. Users can use this software to search for network audio terminals on their local area network and configure them.
